word 2003 - Email as attachment gets MAPI Error

When we try to Send-To a Word document From Word as Attachment the
error:
"Word couldn't send mail because of MAPI failure: "Unspecified error".
The Internet Explorer has the Mail Program set as Microsoft Outlook.
The Versions involved: Windows Server 2003 (in Terminal Server mode),
Office 2003 with SP2, Outlook 2003 with SP2, IE 6.0 SP1. Occurs on all
accounts locked down and administrator.

Any suggestions on where to look?

Fixed my own problem - we had de-installed Outlook Express. The
install was sort of manual, went to the c:\windows\inf directory and
right-clicked MSOE50.INF and WAB.INF and it asked for files, pointed it
at the IE6 SP1 (our current version) installation directory and it
worked.

Other suggestions from our research which did not help me but looked
useful:

regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\OLE32.DLL

and to do a Detect and Repair from the Word Help (or maybe it was
Tools) menu.
