WORD 2003 Crashes, whenever it reaches Heading 3

Word crashes everytime the cursor is placed on text which is heading 3, its a
pain to edit the documents, because invariably page up or page down will take
the cursor to those headings and word will crash, tried reinstalling did not
help. My Os is Win XP Professional SP1
 
Does this happen on any Heading 3 in any document? If so, look to the
template for the problem. You could try redefining the heading 3 style, but
probably safer just to delete the template.
