Word 2003: can I select a section in which to accept all changes?

Using revisions tracking. In Word 97, it was possible to arrow to the next
tracked change and then Shift + click mouse at end of a paragraph or other
section and perform the same operation, either accept changes or reject, on
the whole section. In Office 2003 Word, it doesn't seem possible to do this.
Are my only choices accepting/rejecting changes one by one OR accept/reject
all changes?

It still works the same way. If you select a specific part of the text and
click the Accept Change button on the Reviewing toolbar, only the changes in
the selected text are accepted. The same is true for Reject Change. Isn't
this what you're seeing?

Thank you so much, Jay. I think I was missing the forest for the trees. In
Word 97, I was trained that one has to follow the order: click arrow to find
next tracked change THEN Shift and click to select section, then choose
accept or reject. This order did work in 97 but does not in 2003. However, as
you point out, selecting the text first does work. Thank you for taking the
time to post--you are saving me several hours' work this afternoon, and I
really appreciate it.
