If I am using an old letter that I wrote, to send it to a new recipient, and
I am editin it and I want to replace the old name and mailing address of
the person with the new name of the recipient and new adrress, and I have
the name and adrdress of the new recipient in my Contact's list of Outlook
2003 , how do I insert the new name and address in the new edited Word
letter without having to open Outlook and copy it from my Contact's list and
then paste it in my newly edited Word letter? (is there a more easy direct
way that does not require so many steps?)
Thanks in advance.
Octavio

Select the address and use the address book function - insert address - to
select the address from Outlook which will replace the selected address..
If you are setting up a template to do this regularly - see
