WORD 2002 Point to point links

I can't get my point to point links to work in WORD 2002?
They work in previous versions. Any idea??
 
When you hover your mouse over hyperlinks, you should get a ScreenTip
telling you you have to Ctrl+click to follow the link. To change this
behavior, clear the appropriate check box on the Edit tab of Tools |
Options.
