Word 2002 ofetn crashes saying - runtime error?

Word docments often crash just after I have saved it, although sometimes on
its own accord - stating something alomg the lines of 'runtime error'.

Next time write down the specific runtime error, if possible, and share it.

deal with the specific runtime error.
