Word 2002 delete pages?

DLC

Created a doc file and inserted seperate docs to create a "master document"
(not an outline). Created a page break then inserted file(document), etc.
Have created several blank pages at beginning of document, and a duplicate
page several pages later.

It's not very clear what question you are asking, or what your problem is.

To delete pages select text and delete. Easiest if you switch to Normal
view, where you can see and delete manual page breaks, and turn on
nonprinting characters (click ¶ on the standard toolbar) so that you can see
where you have typed in empty paragraphs (which appear as gray ¶s).
