WORD 2001

Hi all,

I have had a Dell 8200 for about two years or so and recently I decided to
upgrade WORD 2001 which was installed on my computer at delivery.

I downloaded the update patch from the Microsoft site and when I tried to
install it the software asked me to put in the original program disk for
Word 2001.

I don`t have it and don`t remember ever having it.

Will someone who bought a Dell with Word 2001 installed PLEASE tell me what
that disk looks like. I swear I can`t find it and perhaps am looking for the
wrong thing.

I do not recall a Word 2001 for Windows. I know that Windows had Word 97,
2000, 2002 (XP) AND 2003. I also know that the Macs had a Word 2001 but I
never heard of Word 2001 on Windows.

You sure are because - *altogether now*....*there is no such thing as Word
2001 for Windows.*
