Word 2000 Table Styles & Layout

Recently I was able to shcange the coloring and layout design of a table that
I was in. However, I can not now remeber how I did it. whatever I did gave
me layout design options - about 30 or so some iwth color some with out some
with lines and font changes some without. Does anyone know how I did this or
how I can acess this great tool again. Thanks - Jackie
