In Word 2000. I have a template set up for Dr's dictations, I've set up my
font and page to what I need and set to default. I've entered phrases into
auto text. During dictation I use this option alot. My page set up and font
remain the same during typing "until" I enter an auto text, then that
section/body of the report automatically changes the font back to Times New
Roman, pt 12 (not my default setting) ??? When I pasted the items into auto
text, I know it was typed in my default font setting size. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks

Does the autotext contain a paragraph mark? If so, redefine the autotext so
that it does not contain a paragraph mark.
