Word 2000 full-screen only

P

Paul Casman

When opening word, I have only a full-screen view, no menus. I can't make
them appear by F10.
When logging in as another user, menus are showing normally.
Where can I reset my word-configuration?
Thank you very much.

Try pressing the Esc key.

The following is found in Word 2003 online help:

"To turn off full-screen mode and switch to the previous view, click
Close Full Screen on the Full Screen toolbar (toolbar: A bar with
buttons and options that you use to carry out commands. To
display a toolbar, click Customize on the Tools menu, and then
click the Toolbars tab.), or press ESC."

Like the hundreds of others who have written in with this same problem, you
have a minor registry corruption. See
