I saved a form (employment application)from an internet site to my computer
and completed the form. The form looks ok on screen butwhen I try to print
it the form comes out blank or just the check boxes are checked and all the
typed info is gone and it seems to disappear when I make the print
request....I have redone the information twice and it wont' print it
out....what can I do?

the form might be created to print on the actual paper form ... Maybe
the graphical/textual information which is on the form already is done
in hidden text, or as graphical objects. You can try if checking both of
these under Tools | Options | Print has any effect.

Hard to tell without looking at the file in question -- can you give us
the URI to the file?
