how to print data only from form

i have saved a template which has my logo and a table, i have saved it as
quotation/invoice form for me to fill out when i have an order. the thing is
i have printed some blank forms (which is my designed invoice and quote page
but with nothing filled in the spaces and the table) and i would like to be
able to go into the document and fill in form i.e customer name and details,
and also type the products they require into the table i have created. insert
a blank form into the printer and the only thing the printer prints is the
info i have entered into the template, and not the logo etc...

someone said about going into advanced options and selecting 'only print
data from form' but when i print it out the only thing that appears on the
sheet is part of my logo and the blank table i am using as a form.

You need to protect the template for forms entry. You then use it to create
a new document, and you should be able to type only in the forms area. Then
what you're trying will work as you want. Press F1 and search for "forms"
for additional information.
