Won't Update

Hello,
My website won't update. It worked yesterday and now it won't. I have
cleared my cache a thousand times. It say that it updated but when I look at
my website it hasn't changed at all. I've tried it in a few different
browsers. Can some please go to my website www.bahamalouie.com on the
homepage there should be Hello, this is a test in big letters.

Make sure the file name of the home page you're working in your local
web is named index.html.

If it isn't, rename it to index.html and let FrontPage update links when
prompted.
Then publish Changed pages.

Did you create / open a Site in FP for all your pages?
- using File new Site
Looks like you just created a series of page that you "uploaded"
All your links are pointing to files on your hard disc as in
http://www.bahamalouie.com/My Documents/My Webs/Website/about eleuthera.htm
Instead of
http://www.bahamalouie.com/about_eleuthera.htm

PS
Remove all spaces from all file names - breaks links
