Won't show MP3 files

I use Internet Exlorer V. 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2 (Win XP).
When I click on a MP3 files on a remote site, I get this message:
"The page cannot be displayed .
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be
experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser
settings. ".

Problem is, though, that that file *is* available - other computers using MS-IE
can listen to it, and on my own computer Firefox can listen to it.

I've looked though my own MS-IE options to see what I should change, but can not
find anything.

Any advice?

What media players do you have installed on your PC? You may want to
re-install these plugins for IE. I did find a Beatnik plugin for IE that will
play many types of audio and video files. You can download it here:

http://www.download.com/Beatnik-Plu...4.html?part=winmp&subj=dl&tag=feed&jump=winmp

If the link doesn't work when you directly click it, copy it into the
address bar.

Report any problems to this post and I will try to help you.
