Won't run wanted pop-up pages & Worse

Need help

I am not able get popup windows to work (from links etc.),
but I still get ad pop-ups. I tried to install SP2 and it
completely messed up my display-it is set on the lowest
resolution and 4 bit color and I cannot adjust it. I am
about to bag the whole thing. Help please!!

download new drivers for your graphics card ... that should fix the problem
.... don't uninstall SP2 ... all you need is drivers .....
