I have a laptop that used to go into hibernate when I
closed the lid. Now it doesn't do anything.
I have looked at power management and there are NO
options for this....I thought they used to be there.
Hibernate is enabled and so is APM. I've turned them
both of rebooted then turned them on again. Nothing
changed.
In addition, if I click start then turn off
computer...hibernate is not one of the options and if I
choose standby, it goes into standby and then immediately
turns back on
Any ideas?
