won't boot

It won't boot I tried last best,repair,safe mode
setup (not clean install)part of the repair.
I get the Blue Screen with a message

ntfs.sys - address f732afdo base at f730e000,date stamp
3b7dcsd0
any help would be GR8........Yuban
 
Try setting your Cdrom as first boot device in Bios and then boot from
the WinXP CD. Choose new installation and
delete and create a new partition and format.
