Won't Boot

Windows Xp system won't boot after Bios upgrade to latest
version. Windows error message says " Bios not ACPI
compliant, contact your manufacturer for an updated bios."
The bios is ACPI compliant, it says so as it tries to
boot right by the version #. MB is ASUS A7N8X. I have
tried to reinstall windows and it keeps pooping out on
the install.

Have you contacted the BIOS supplier about this? It would be helpful to know
what you were told.

.I have e-mailed the MB manufacturer and have not gotten

an answer yet.
