Won't allow a passord to be set

I've just converted my databases from 2000 to 2007. In order to do this I
had to delete the passwords. Now when I try to encrypt with a password, it
sayd 'Invalid Argument'

Can somebody please let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Check if your code compiles: Code Window > Debug > Compile.
