Forgot passord

The option for my passord expired. I'm now locked out of
my computer. How do I access on the computer without a
password?. The computer will not let me on wothout a
password and username. I cannot remember the username and
password. Is there a way to bipass this.

Reset the Administrator password and use it to reset your account.
