wonky taskbar

The taskbar has gone wonky on me a couple times -- can't press any buttons, and the start button does not work. Hard boot required.

Seems it happens after I've used Adobe Photoshop Elements 5 (heavy on graphics). Could be related to the graphics drivers as well ??? (Nvidia 7600GS).

More testing... perhaps it's my QUICKCAM 10 drivers that are wonky. Seems each time I use the quickcam, the taskbar becomes wonky and unusable. Continuing to check for patterns here.

It's not just you, Dan, and I don't have a Quickcam. I've had the identical
problem on two Dell computers now, with vastly different graphics cards. But
it only happens to me when my laptop is docked. Same with you?
