Wondering

I've recently been getting an error message whenever I
open IE or Windows Explorer.

ERROR:
This module was compiled with a trial version of Delphi.
The trial period has expired.

Then it is followed by an illegal operation in
Kernel32.dll..

Any ideas of what this is and how to get rid of it???

Suggestion is: Adjust your date to year 2002 then go to Add/Remove Programs
and uninstall CRS. Reboot and readjust the date back to 2003 (if
necessary).
