wndows 2000 restore

My husbnd recently tookour computer back to its original
form . after this he left myslf and my children. i am
unable to get pass the screen to entr product code-as he
will not g ive me that . can i by pass this - or install a
different version of windows so that i ca stil use my
computer? please help

Look on exterior of case for a Microsoft sticker with the product code
on it.
