Wnd_ Error when Shutdown OS

Since a view weeks, i have a problem when i shutdown or logout my Win-XP Pro:
It Popups a Messagebox with the following message:
Programm can't be close! (In German)
wnd_2CAD8B83D...... (with different codes behind the wnd_)
The Messagebox will not close, until i press the OK button.
And then the Windows will Shutdown.

Something that uses those files is not exiting gracefully. A quick
Google for "wnd_2CAD8B83D" brings nothing. Although that search is not
conclusive, usually it does indicate malware. Malware infection is one
of the most common reasons for shutdown problems. So, first make sure
