WNASPI32.dll

I am trying to play DVD's on my Compaq laptop and I get
this error message. I have played them before but last
week I opened an email and it changed my dispaly setting.
I changed them back and now I get the message can not run
because wnaspi32.dll need to be reloaded. I also get the
message that I need to change dispaly settings or color
to play.
