WMP9 Will not play streamning audio

Hi,

What would prevent the following URL from opening in WMP9
or while embedded in a website?

http://www.soundwaves2000.com/asx/wjph.asx

I have downloaded and reinstalled WMP9.

I am running XP-Home
Dell Dim4500 2.0 Ghz
40GB HD
512 RAM
I also have McAfee VirusScan Online and Firewall
installed and have granted WMP9 full access.

I have all file formats checked for WMP9 to open.

Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreicated.

What do you mean by your response, Jerry?

The server is up. After some testing I've discovered
that if I disable my firewall, the audio begins to play.
What must I change to allow access?
