WMP 10 does not recognize MP3 player

i have a dell MP3 player. WMP10 does not recognize it and
cannot put music files onto it. What program do i need to
do this and where can i find it?

The Dell DJ mp3 player (is that the one you've got?) comes with software
(Dell DJ Explorer) for transferring files using the drag & drop approach.
You don't need Windows Media Player for that.
