WMM2 quits when i try to add titles or any text

strangely wmm2 quits without any error message whilst i
try to add titles or any other text to the movies

i have tried disabling all my other programs and stuff,
and removing hardware acceleration but it doesnt change
anything.

is there a way to uninstall and reinstall wmm2 on xp
home? if so i think this could be a solution, thanks

Most people find that the issue is worked around by finding and renaming a
codec or two. See the Problem Solving... Acceleration and Codecs page of
