WMM-Jerky Playback--->(

Help!

Whenever I save a movie from windows movie maker and
playback on the comp, the video is jerky-it does not play
smoohtly.

What is causing this?
 
I have the same issue using a ThinkPad T30. I'm concerned
it's dropping frames because the video RAM is
insufficient. Would appreciate any advice.
