WMM Crash down gdiplus.dll error

I have been using Windows Movie Maker 2.1 for a long time without a
problem. But now, for no reason I can see, it is not working.

Suddenly in the last times when I do click on "Make titles and credits" in
Edit Movie section appears the "Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem
and needs to close" notification.

This is the error data from that report.

I did a "System Restore" and still is not working.
I went to the Windows Updated to be sure I have installed the update labeled
"Microsoft GDI+ Detention Tool", and I have it.
To try fixed it I downloaded the Visual Studio .NET 2003 GDIPLUS.DLL
Security Update from Microsoft's Download Center and still is not working.
Also I tryed "Platform SDK Redistributable: GDI+" from Microsoft's Download
Center and is not working yet.

After try several times I try to use another video edition software (muvee
autoproducer 4.0 SE) but I just can not open it and show me the "Windows
Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close" notification also
with the next error signature.

I don't care about Muvee AutoProducer 4.0 SE but I want my Windows Movie
Maker works propertly again.

How can I fix it?
