WMM 2 Freezing

From a post last week, I followed the information on Papa John's page for
Hanging Up and Freezes. I only had two of the listed codecs (renamed them per
the instructions) and also decreased the hardware acceleration. WMM is still
freezing and hanging up. Any further suggestions that might help? Thanks.

the usual thing after that is to question the types of files you're using...
are they compatible with Movie Maker?
