WMDC

Has anyone managed to get WMDC to work? At all? I've tried to connect my iPAQ
rx1995 to both my desktop and my laptop (with the Vista default
ActiveSync/WMDC ports open) to no avail. I'd really like to get this working,
any suggestions?

- Have you EXACTLY followed the procedure described in
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/devicecenter.mspx

Please note that you have to plug in your Pocker PC first and later then
install your downloaded software.

I tried doing this and still had no success. Windows recognizes that my iPAQ
has been plugged in and installs the networking device, but through Device
Manager is the only way I know that my PC recognizes it at all. It does not
show up in Explorer, Sync Center, or Mobile Device Center. Is there a list of
supported handhelds? I have Windows Mobile 5.0, is there an upgrade?
