wm player 9.0 not recognizing media files

just got latest upgrade due to rear sound problems (now
fixed) for sb 512 card date:6/22/2002 v:5.1.2603.0 from
windows update! all other programs etc work with the
media files but not WMplayer 9.0 error code:0xC00D11BA
help is appreciated. if no fix oh ouch player was working
with original drivers though i will not go back to it.

ok figured it out set mp player 9.0 to use default old
sound driver and it worked though sound quality is not as
good.
who knows maybe microsoft will send a update to wmplayer
9.0 to work with the current and massively improved sb
512 drivers!

I think this is thew same problem I have. Unfortunately

no solution yet. If you figure it out, please post your
solution.
