I am running Windows XP Home and I recently found that my
computer takes extra time at startup. I turned on
detailed description for the startup messages, and
apparently wlnotify.dll is the problem, using up extra
time at startup. I scanned for viruses, checked registry
for programs that run at startup, and everything else,
but it is still this slow. Anything I can do?
