When I start the computer, every time the following error
prompt appears. Can anyone tell me what that is and/or
how to fix?

Open START|RUN and type "msconfig" <enter> (no quotes).
Click the Start Up tab, and look for a reference to WJView.

If found, UNcheck that box. Here's more on the subject...
