WJView Error on Re-Boot

Everytime I reboot or logon, I get the following error
message:

WJView Error

Error: could not execute Main: The system cannot find the
file specified.

I did a search in the registry for WJView, and found only
one entry --

NAME: C:\Windows\System32\wjview.exe
TYPE: REG_SZ
DATA: Microsoft VM Command Line Interpreter

Please advise on what the problem is, and how to fix.
