Wizard won't start when USB card inserted

It used to work, and now it won't. When I insert a card
into my USB SanDisk SDDR-31 Imagemate, the wizard won't
start.

I want to be able to name subsets of photos as I copy them
from the memory card onto my hard drive, and the wizard
did this quite well.

Dell Ispiron 8200 Win XP home edition SP1.

Same problem here. Mine quit working with the install of the Office 2003
beta.
