with XP same user profiles on NT and workgroups?

Hi,

My organization has an NT network and I have a user profile
created on this network, but when I connect at home on my
family workgroup with the same user profile, it is
impossible to see the network and to access its resources
including Internet.
I know that there is on the XP CD-ROM an executable file
that is solving this problem, but I don't know its name and
how to use it.
I should be very grateful to get this information to avoid
managing different profiles depending where I am connected.

Hi Philippe
If you search the internet you should be able to find software that allows
you to create different network profiles so you can switch easily.
