With word 2003 ,my office assitant is not working. Help

I have Microsoft office 2003 Word and can't seem to get my little Office
Assistant to wake up. I really enjoy this feature about Word. Can you help
me get it turned on. I have followed the instructions and I can not get it
to work?

We can't see your screen from here. What instructions? Describe what
happens when you try to get to work (hint: "can't" and "can not" are not
descriptions). If you get an error message, then quote it exactly and
completely.
