With screensaver active, computer commonly detects user activity

My computer will activate its screensaver. While it is active, it seems
my mouse sometimes moves a little due to gravity. I think my pad is not
quite level. This causes Windows to believe that an user is attempting
to use the computer. It closes the screensaver and leaves the computer
at the Windows log in prompt. (Windows is set to lock the computer when
it starts the screensaver.)

The problem is that then the computer never restarts the screensaver. I
have to log in and then it will start. Any suggestions?

I think some third party screen savers you can disable wake on mouse
movement and then it requires a keyboard click only.

Turn the mouse upside down or change the pad it's on to a different
reflective surface.

The screensavers that I use are all Microsoft. Not all came with
Windows, but most did.
