Wish to sync Outlook on my two laptops, how do I do this?

I have just set up Outlook on another laptop which I will use in another
residence. I would like to ensure that whatever work I do on one, will be in
sync and kept on the other. Any suggestions or help would be greatly
appreciated. (Assume that would also allow contacts to be shared between
laptops).
