Sync two laptops running Outlook BCM

Can anyone please help me?

I want to sync two laptops running Outlook BCM to each other. They
will both be inputing data seperately and then come together to sync
..... is this possible and if so how do I do it?

Your best bet is to export to file from one and import into the the
other. Be sure to set the merge dups option during the import.
