I'm working on a Dell Laptop that has built in wireless. Every time I
restart Windows (XP-SP2) I have to go into services and start the Wireless
Zero service. Then I have to go into the wireless adapter's properties
under "advanced" and check "Use Windows to configure my wireless network
settings". At which point it connects and works fine until the next time I
reboot it. The "Dell Wireless WLAN Tray Service" is always started when I
go in to start the Wireless Zero service.
Google hasn't turned up anything for me. Any ideas?

Menno,

This is a common problem with laptops with built-in WiFi. Make sure you're only
running one WiFi configuration manager.

After I read what you said (and your link) I tried disabling the Dell
Wireless WLAN Tray Service. And it worked! Thank you much!

That's great. You're welcome! Thanks for the feedback!
