Wireless Zero Configuration Service

I'm having a problem connecting to the internet via my
wireless card. I have good signal strength and it appears
as though its connected, but my internet pages don't show
up.

I narrowed it down to the Wireless Zero Configuration
(WZC) service: It's set to start up automatically when I
turn on my laptop but it never does and when I start it
myself it shuts off after a few seconds...

What's going on?

Dell TrueMobile 1300 WLAN Mini-PCI card on a Dell
Inspiron 5100 with Windows XP Home.
