I upgraded my laptop to Windows XP Pro from Windows 2000
Pro, and now the "Wireless Networks" tab is missing when
I click the Properties for my wireless NIC. Anybody know
how to fix this?

Greetings Chris,

Click Start, Run, and type "services.msc". Open services
and scroll down to Wireless Zero Configuration Service,
Start the service and set it to automatic.

Chris,

If Eric's suggestion does not work (if the Wireless Zero Configuration
Service is already enabled), then it is possible that the driver for your
wireless network adapter (a piece of software that allows your wireless
network adapter to work inside of Windows) does not support Windows XP and
the Wireless Zero Configuration Service.

Check with your wireless network adapter vendor (such as on their Web site)
for a version of the driver that supports Windows XP AND the Wireless Zero
Configuration Service.
