Wireless Network Questions

I recently posted about my home Network and recieved some good answer but a
problem still remained, couldnt get the computers to talk/see each other on
the network so had no ability to share or print documents. My network
consists of 4 computers, 3 laptops with one desktop, a WAP with ethernet
capability. The laps are wireless and the desktop connected to the router
through cat5 cable. Trying to connect this hardwired-wireless connection was
almost impossible. So, I ordered an wireless adapter for my desktop. All 4
will now be wireless. So, I have a couple of questions and would be greatly
appreciative if someone could answer them for me.

1. Since all are wireless, will running the XP Network setup program "Synch"
all the computers on the network so they will be able to communicate? All
computers run XP or XP Pro.

2. The desktop is connected to my multifunction network printer. Will I be
able to print, send print jobs to the desktop and through the printer? IOW
will I be able to print from all 4 computers?

3. I would like to set this up so that I can access everything on every HD
from each computer, total integration of HDD from all 4 computers. Will this
be possible?

Basically, when you use MS OS beyond the peer-to-peer security (W95&98) you
need to set each device of these PCs/Laptops with user accounts. Assume
there is only (1) user for each of these devices, as I read it you have 8
devices, each device has a unique name and then an administrator name (do
the same for each user). We'll use me for example with (3) PCs. I need a
user account AND file and print sharing on each device NIC AND permissions
on each device per user account turned on.
