Wireless Network Connection Icon (program) Fails To Load On Startu

Sometimes I have to restart my computer 2-3 times in order to get the
Wireless Network Connection Icons (program) to load properly on startup.
Quite often, after startup, the Wireless Network Connection icons in the
Network Connections folder and the taskbar are completely absent - and as a
result, you can't access the network. As the computer starts up, I notice on
the taskbar that most of the other icons (programs) load before the Wireless
Network Connection icon (program). In fact, the Wireless Network Connection
icon is almost the last icon on the taskbar to load. Maybe the computer finds
it difficult to execute all these programs/processes all at once on startup??
Does Windows have a program/tool that controls the order and speed for those
programs/processes that execute on startup??? Any help or advice would be
greatly appreciated!! Thank you

Uncheck the checkbox which says "Enable 802.1X authentication for this network" and click on connect.
