I cannot complete the installation of the above. I get the
following error message.

Error 1101. Error reading from file c:\windows\TEMP\_isIOC2
\1033.MST

How can I overcome this ?

That's not going to fix the problem.

First of all, that error only occurs in Windows 9x and 2k with outdated
versions of the Intellipoint/Intellitype software.

A newer revision of the Intellitype/Intellipoint software has been provided
to workaround that issue for Win9x OS' and it can be found here
