WIRELESS MOUSE FREEZES

i INSTALLED WINDOWS VISTA 6 MONTHS AGO. RECENTLY THE WIRELESS MOUSE AND
KEYBOARD HAS BEEN LOCKING UP. I FEEL IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH ADBOBE
READER 8.1 AS THE UPDATES WILL NOT INSTALL. TRIED REMOVING ADOBE BUT CAN'T.
RCVG INTERNAL ERROR 2203.

ANY SUGGESTIONS

The %TEMP% directory does not have SYSTEM as an allowable user permission.
Other directory folders, such as %windir%\Installer, may also need SYSTEM
set to Full Control.
